Early AI- supported Response with Social Listening (EARS): COVID-19 online conversations in 20 pilot countries
This interactive, social listening platform created by the World Health Organization provides public health experts real-time information on how COVID-19 is being discussed online. More than 60 million posts have been analyzed since December 15th, 2020, across thirty countries. The AI analysis system works in nine different languages and tracks 41 COVID-19 categories. According to recent data, the most discussed topic online is the COVID-19 vaccine and COVID-19 variants. Real-time insights reflect emerging narratives and the evolving status of the pandemic. This site is helpful in regards to understanding the spread of COVID information and myths online.
