Equitable COVID-19 vaccine information for people with disabilities
People with disabilities face challenges in access to COVID-19 vaccination programs due to the inaccessibility of information and registration. In order to overcome these barriers, COVID-19 information must be accessible and communicated through multichannel communication approaches in order to reach individuals with a range of disabilities. Vaccine-related information must be presented in accessible formats for individuals with varying literacy levels, visual, hearing, intellectual, developmental and psychosocial disabilities.
